For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Relationship
Expert with German or Dutch or Portuguese or Slovenian.

Отговорности

*Serve as the first point of contact for customer product inquiries;
*Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using manuals and databases;
*Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with professionalism;
*Document and track all cases and customer interactions accurately;
*Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;
*Contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Experience in customer support or technical assistance;
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
*Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and German, Dutch, Portuguese, or Slovenian (B2-C1);
*Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently;
*Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
*Customer-focused, proactive, and dedicated to quality service.
