for – Senior QA BPO Specialist with English.
*Oversee daily QA activities and ensure adherence to QA frameworks
and processes;
*Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement
improvements in collaboration
with the QA Manager;
*Act as the main point of contact for program-related issues and
escalate critical matters when necessary;
*Mentor, guide, and support Quality Analysts to maintain
high-quality standards and
professional growth;
*Align QA activities with project goals and deadlines, providing
regular updates to the QA Manager;
*Conduct QA audits in a BPO environment and present findings to
business clients and high-
level stakeholders;
*Participate in quality calibrations and provide updates to
clients.
