*Increase sales by reaching monthly targets in your assigned stores
using smart and creative
sales methods;
*Monitor and understand market trends in your area to plan
effective sales and marketing activities;
*Create and run promotion plans for your customers to help them
sell more and perform better;
*Manage the regional trade marketing and BTL budgets to get the
best results;
*Build and keep strong relationships with current and new clients
through good
communication and negotiations;
*Guide and support distributor sales reps and merchandisers so they
perform well in the field.
