Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Support recruitment processe in line with company policies, while
learning best practices;
• Participate in analyzing open positions and assist in selecting
suitable recruitment channels;
• Provide support to internal clients during the recruitment
process;
• Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, including:
researching new channels and opportunities for attracting talent;
helping create materials that position the company as an employer
of choice etc;
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees;
• Take part in organizing campaigns to attract interns and young
professionals – career fairs, programs, and events;
• Support the development and implementation of programs for
employee motivation, growth, and engagement (e.g. mentoring
program, healthy lifestyle initiatives, skills development
programs);
• Prepare periodic reports on activities and learning progress.
