For our Human Resources team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic emerging talent eager to dive into the profession, learn, and explore while supporting recruitment and employer branding processes. Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Support recruitment processe in line with company policies, while learning best practices;
• Participate in analyzing open positions and assist in selecting suitable recruitment channels;
• Provide support to internal clients during the recruitment process;
• Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, including: researching new channels and opportunities for attracting talent; helping create materials that position the company as an employer of choice etc;
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees;
• Take part in organizing campaigns to attract interns and young professionals – career fairs, programs, and events;
• Support the development and implementation of programs for employee motivation, growth, and engagement (e.g. mentoring program, healthy lifestyle initiatives, skills development programs);
• Prepare periodic reports on activities and learning progress.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Your profile:

• University degree or last year of studies in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment is valuable but not mandatory. Beyond that, we expect:
• Sensitivity to human nature and the ability to see beyond the obvious
• Genuine interest in people and a desire to discover their potential
• Structured mindset and ability to work according to rules and processes
• Strong time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and employer branding
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Category B driving license and active driving skills.
