For one of our clients, а leader in strategic investments, focusing

deliver market-leading returns, we are looking for a Real Estate
Investment Project Manager.
*Identify and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities,
including land and property acquisitions;
*Coordinate and manage the full acquisition process, including
negotiations, documentation,
and work with notaries;
*Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, landowners,
authorities, and market partners;
*Oversee project execution from feasibility and due diligence
through development and completion;
*Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and approvals while ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements;
*Provide clear project updates and investment-related reporting to
internal stakeholders;
*Conduct market research and pricing analysis to support
acquisition decisions and project evaluations.
