For one of our clients – a growing real estate development and investment company – we are
looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their on-site team in Sofia.
This is a key leadership role for a strategic finance professional ready to take full ownership
of the company’s financial operations and support its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

*Drive the full spectrum of the company’s financial operations, taking ownership of all
processes and performance;
*Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of precision,
collaboration, and improvement;
*Elevate the reporting framework by introducing standardized practices and modern financial tools;
*Oversee monthly cash flow planning and deliver clear, insightful quarterly updates to senior leadership;
*Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, offering forward-looking financial insights
that shape business growth;
*Continuously refine financial workflows and ensure adherence to the highest standards of
compliance and governance.

Requirements and necessary skills

*10+ years of proven success as a CFO, ideally within the real estate industry;
*Strong international background with hands-on experience in fund management (Fund Ex preferred);
*A confident and empowering leader with a track record of building and managing effective teams;
*Deep expertise in financial reporting, process improvement, and performance optimization;
*Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to influence key decisions;
*Professional English proficiency at a C1 level.
