For one of our clients – a top-tier technology provider for the gambling industry, delivering
over 25 years of unmatched global expertise, we are on a lookout for а Head of Sportsbook.

Responsibilities

* Lead daily Sportsbook operations and ensure top-quality player experience for multiple clients;
* Manage Sportsbook P&L, budgets, and key player engagement metrics;
* Implement and communicate the Sportsbook strategy across Product, CRM, Operations, and Marketing;
* Prepare and deliver regular financial, promotional, and performance reports;
* Oversee the sportsbook team and ensure high-quality content and CRM output;
* Track market trends and product developments, recommending improvements;
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients, managing incidents and product roadmap tasks.

Requirements and necessary skills

* 3–5 years of experience in Sportsbook Management;
* Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Effective team leader—clear, inclusive, and accountable;
* Good understanding of sportsbook players, markets, sports, and segmentation;
* Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions;
* Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines independently;
* Experience with third-party vendors and fluent in English.
