Alpha Consult Bulgaria is seeking an International Warehouse Network Manager on behalf of a trusted partner – an established international trading company with a developed warehouse network across multiple countries.
The role is key to the coordination between headquarters and local warehouse teams and focuses on implementing clear operational standards, performance control, and efficiency improvement.
The position involves regular business travel within the country and abroad.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate warehouse operations across multiple countries.
Monitor key performance indicators and initiate improvement actions.
Participate in optimization, expansion, and system implementation projects.
Support and develop local warehouse managers and teams.
Ensure the application and control of unified operational standards.


Candidate Requirements
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in managing warehouse or logistics operations across multiple locations.
Very good command of English.
Еxperience working with management and reporting systems.
Structured mindset, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel.
