Your daily routine would include:

Manage and govern the ARIS repository, ensuring model quality, consistency, and adherence to modeling standards.
Configure ARIS objects, attributes, and relationships to support enterprise and risk management needs.
Design and maintain BPMN 2.0 business process models using ARIS, applying best practices and advanced features.
Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities and translating requirements into actionable designs.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

3+ years of ARIS experience, including ARIS Architect administration.
Strong BPMN 2.0 modeling expertise and knowledge of ARIS tools (Architect, Designer, Connect).
Proven business process analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
