Role Overview:
Provide functional and technical support for the SAP SD environment within SAP ERP, ensuring system stability, process optimization, and effective end-to-end business operations across A1 Group’s international markets.
Role insights:
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP Sales environment within SAP ERP, supporting the international operations of A1 Group across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Manage SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
- Document functional and technical specifications.
- Perform root cause analysis for system defects and implement sustainable solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ABAP-related issues including debugging of custom solutions, performance tuning, and code corrections.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and process optimization.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to support integrated end-to-end business processes.
What makes you unique:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Solid ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English (strong verbal and written communication skills).
