Your mission
Join a global customer experience environment and become a trusted point of contact for customers of a leading sports brand.
• Be the friendly voice behind a great customer experience, assisting customers through phone, email, and live chat
• Guide customers through their pre- and post-purchase questions about sportswear and related products
• Turn customer questions into positive experiences by providing helpful, timely, and effective solutions
• Build customer trust through clear communication and a personalized approach
• Maintain accurate customer information and ensure every interaction meets quality standards
• Handle different requests with confidence while keeping customer satisfaction your top priority
• You have a strong command of German or French and good English communication skills
• You enjoy interacting with people and know how to make customers feel heard and supported
• You communicate confidently and professionally across different channels
• You're comfortable using computers and quick to pick up new systems and digital tools
• You have a proactive, solution-focused mindset and a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail is a plus
• You're organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
