General duties
- Support Product Owners and business teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition to implementation and launch.
- Translate business, customer and regulatory needs into functional requirements, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the development of new digital features, investment products and customer journeys.
- Work closely with designers, engineers and business analysts to define, refine and validate product solutions.
- Coordinate functional workstreams, resolve business questions and manage dependencies across delivery teams.
- Lead business validation, UAT and launch readiness for assigned product capabilities.
- Drive product governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate product documentation, internal procedures and customer-facing materials.
- Support product operations, resolving complex business issues, identifying root causes and driving improvements with technology and operational teams.
- Ensure operational readiness for new products and changes, including process improvements, training and consistent execution across digital and branch channels.
- Analyze customer feedback, product performance and operational issues to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial product development, digital banking, business analysis or similar roles.
- Experience with investment funds, trading, digital investing, pension products or investment onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with MiFID requirements, investment suitability and appropriateness, digital contracting or financial-product governance.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile product development environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach and ownership mindset.
- Good command of English.
