Frequently asked questions
How fast does the recruitment start?
We know time is of the essence, so we don't waste it. We hold one meeting to assess your needs and engage only if we believe we can successfully deliver the right candidates.
What is the difference between screening and full recruitment?
With screening we work with the people who applied to your job ad and present the best fits. With full recruitment we also actively search our own and external databases, interview the candidates and support you until the hire.
Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes, for full recruitment. If the placed candidate leaves within the first 3 months, we provide a one-time free replacement for the same position. Screening packages do not include a guarantee.
How much do you charge?
Screening packages have a fixed price per position: Basic 130.00 EUR, Screening 320.00 EUR and Selection 600.00 EUR excl. VAT. For full recruitment the fee is a percentage of the hired candidate's annual gross salary. Send us a request for a detailed quote.
Do you have a preliminary fee?
Yes, full recruitment has a preliminary fee, paid at the start and deducted from the overall fee after a successful placement.
