Vaydin Robov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
Participating in launching, reviewing and termination of rental
contracts in SAP RE module.
Reviewing on a daily basis and analyses vendor contracts in view
with IFRS 16 standards.
Participating in creation, changes and blocking of vendors, clients
and basic data in SAP with all needed requirements.
Analyzing possibilities for future automatization of data base,
give proposals and actively participate in the implementation of
new functionalities of the reporting systems.
Following up business transactions in SAP RE in order to be
classified correctly in the financial reports according to the
accounting policy and acting legislation.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics area.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office(Еxcel).
Knowledge and ability to gather and analyze data.
Good organizational, communication and time-management skills;
Attention to details and proactivity.
Problem solving skills and adherence to deadlines.
Knowledge and experience in master data, real estate regulations
and respective legislation.
Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS 16 is an advantage.
Experience with ERP systems, e.g. SAP and more specifically SAP RE
module is an advantage.
Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
