experienced and motivated individuals for the role of Accounts
Payable Specialist with English.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
prior to payment.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and
payment terms.
Book various types of invoices and expense reports in our ERP
system.
Prepare payment runs.
Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional
manner.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing procedures.
Perform other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
