Your daily routine would include:
- Processing daily Accounts Receivable transactions and incoming payments in line with internal policies.
- Reviewing and approving customer invoices and maintaining accurate customer accounts and reconciliations.
- Resolving billing discrepancies and communicating in writing with Wholesale customers regarding monthly balances.
- Performing G/L postings in compliance with Accounting Policy, Revenue Recognition Policy and IFRS.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities;
- Preparing accounting information for internal reporting and management needs.
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting / Accounts Receivable.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience working with accounting systems (SAP preferred).
- Good organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with IFRS.
- Experience in a global/multinational organization.
- Participation in process or system improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of German will be an advantage.
