On behalf of our trusted client Ascenz Marorka – an Island fuel efficiency monitoring company, offering a full range of end-to-end solutions for ship owners and charterers around the world, we are looking for bright and communicative professional to join their newly established and growing team on the position:

Administrative assistant


• Plays an important role in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office including all vendor relationships.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Making travel and guest arrangements.
• Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry.
• Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including personnel, meetings, and clerical duties.
• Research and collect information.
• Postal service: mail and package preparation, submission, and collection.
• Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory.
• Handles employees’ expense reports, annual and sick leaves.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Organization and Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proven administration or assistant experience.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; university degree is preferred.
