The Administrative Assistant will be mainly responsible for ensuring administrative support to CBS Sofia Centre in the listed and other areas: Meet& Greet, Mailing & Courier, Staff & Visitors Access, Meeting Facilities administration, Stationery & Supplies, Catering, Dining & Vending, Accommodation & Transportation, Printing & Binding, Documentation & Archiving, any other administrative tasks as required.

Key Accountabilities
• Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies, and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
• Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
• Receive and relay messages and respond to varied to routine administrative requests.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Reception Area Attendance & Visitors Handling

Изисквания и необходими умения

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Computer proficiency – MS Office /Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up; ability to multi-task; results-orientated
• Very well organized, ready to contribute to process improvement and optimize work efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Fluent English
