are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the
Handle client communication (by phone, email, and in person)
Assist clients with visits and representation at public authorities and institutions
Manage documentation, filing, and office supplies
Support the accounting team with data entry and coordination tasks

Requirements and necessary skills

Fluency in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written) is required
Knowledge of Greek is considered an advantage
Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
Good organisational and communication skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email)
Professional and friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
