The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations,
greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing
administrative support serving as the first point of contact for
clients, customers, and employees, ensuring a professional and
welcoming environment.
General Responsibilities
Greets and directs visitors in a friendly manner.
Answers and transfers phone calls to the correct department.
Handles inquiries from clients and staff.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedules appointments and meetings.
Manages visitor logs and security procedures.
Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails.
Supports with office supplies inventory and ordering.
Assists with event or meeting preparations (booking rooms,
refreshments, etc.).
Supervises front desk operations and office procedures.
Supports with budgeting and financial reporting for
administrative expenses.
Experience / Qualifications
Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and
demands
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to
achieve results
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel)
