Your tasks:

▪Build AI solutions from the ground up and help our clients improve with AI.
▪Identify meaningful use cases, implement prototypes (prompting, agents, no-code/low-code), and drive adoption.
▪Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and trends, and translate them into concrete pilots or services.
▪Collaborate across domains (e.g., Controlling, GRC, IT Operations) to embed AI solutions into real business initiatives.
▪Own and grow services by taking responsibility for one or more AI-related offerings as they scale.


Your profile:

▪Degree in IT, Management, or a related field, with a clear focus on technology.
▪1+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting AI solutions.
▪Proven ability to drive change and enable internal or client teams.
▪Self-motivated and proactive.
▪Team Player with excellent social competence.
▪Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences - written and spoken.
▪Customer-centric mindset and service orientation.
▪Experience with PowerPoint, MS Excel are preferred.
▪Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
