Your role will be:- Design, develop and maintain advanced AI/ML solutions, including agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration and LLM-powered applications.
- Build and optimize AI-powered workflows using modern frameworks and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability and business value.
- Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector database integrations and enterprise AI solutions.
- Integrate AI agents with internal and external systems, APIs, databases and collaboration tools while implementing robust governance, security and monitoring mechanisms.
- Deploy and operate AI services in cloud environments using modern DevOps and MLOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the performance, quality, cost efficiency and reliability of AI solutions in production. - Collaborate with local and international Data Science, AI and Engineering teams across the KBC Group to deliver innovative, data-driven business solutions.
- Contribute to the adoption of emerging AI technologies and support the development of innovative products and advanced analytical capabilities.
You are the right candidate if:- You hold a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, leveraging structured and unstructured data to develop advanced analytical and machine learning solutions.
- You possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini or similar).
- You have experience designing and deploying AI/ML architectures and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- You have practical experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- You are familiar with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or Semantic Kernel.
- You have experience with automation and orchestration platforms such as n8n, Make or similar tools.
- You have knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures, containerization technologies and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience in financial services, banking or insurance environments will be considered an advantage.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
