Role Overview:

The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI and GenAI solutions to enhance automation and business processes, including RPA, BPM, and Power Platform. It combines strong hands-on expertise in AI, API integrations, and programming with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment.

Role insights:

  • Integrate AI / GenAI services into existing and new automation solutions.
  • Identify and analyze AI use cases within automation and business processes.
  • Enhance RPA, BPM, and Power Platform solutions with AI capabilities.
  • Work with AI services via APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, similar platforms).
  • Process and extract value from structured and unstructured data (documents, text, inputs).
  • Collaborate closely with Automation Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.

What makes you unique:

  • Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts (NLP, classification, information extraction, decision support).
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (prompt engineering, API-based usage).
  • Strong skills in Python or Java.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
