In this 1 year internship, the person will assist Level 2 support
teams in managing and maintaining key enterprise systems: Zema
(market data), TRAX (treasury payments), Quantum (treasury
management), and GRIP (Global Risk Integration Program). The role
will offer the possibility to gain knowledge and practice in both
operational support and process improvement, providing hands-on
experience in incident resolution, data integration, and system
monitoring across AMS BO & MO Teams. You will be able to gain
practical experience in IT service management, including exposure
to ITIL processes and compliance standards and build a foundation
for future roles in IT support, systems analysis or business
process management.
Main responsibilities:
Support L2 engineers in resolving incidents and service requests
for Zema, TRAX, Quantum, and GRIP, including error analysis and
escalation when necessary.
Assist with routine data integration and maintenance tasks,
ensuring accuracy and reliability of data flows between
systems.
Monitor system dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and
address issues.
Collaborate with AMS support teams for operational tasks and
contribute to system enhancements.
Document troubleshooting steps and update knowledge base articles
to support continuous improvement.
Participate in training and development activities to build a
comprehensive understanding of system workflows and business
processes.
Eligibility: You should be an active student in the last phases of
your education or recently graduated in Finance or Financial
Management, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration or
Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.
English language (Fluent)
Basic IT systems knowledge; familiarity with databases or scripting
(SQL, Python), PBI is an advantage.
Foundations in corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk
management
Curiosity about enterprise systems and business processes
Interested in controlling, financial reporting, and cost
analysis
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
