For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer
service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for –
App Support Specialist with French and English (Remote).

Отговорности

*Provide friendly and efficient support to customers over the phone, email, or chat, assisting them in real time;
*Troubleshoot account and mobile app issues, guiding users step by step toward quick resolutions;
*Help customers with login details, app installation, and account setup while ensuring a smooth experience;
*Clearly communicate solutions in a professional yet approachable way that builds customer trust;
*Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement;
*Be part of a collaborative remote team that values quality service and positive energy.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills;
*Passion for helping others and confidence in handling customer interactions with empathy and patience;
*Comfortable working on rotating day and night shifts to support customers when they need you most;
*Ability to work fully remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace;
*Solid computer and multitasking skills, with interest in learning new technologies
*A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
