The company has developed several applications, with a primary focus on supporting an application dedicated to licensing.

Currently, we are looking for a motivated professional to take the position of a:

Application Support Engineer

Main responsibilities:

The candidate will oversee system and application-related tasks to maintain peak performance and security within their network. This technical role requires knowledge of the transaction processes for payment systems, including data flow and authorization procedures with financial institutions. The candidate will also be responsible for updating POS mapping rules and configuring application-level protocol settings and data translations to ensure transactions are routed correctly based on established rule sets.

Experience:

- Fundamental knowledge of Linux, Java applications, and networking.
- Competence in performing basic tasks on both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Basic familiarity with programming or scripting.
- Ability to adhere to and update detailed instructions while effectively collaborating within a team.
- Capability to manage risks associated with system changes.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
