Our partner is Romania's largest importer and distributor of
ceramic tiles, laminate flooring, doors, and sanitaryware. With
over 25 years of experience and a strong regional footprint, the
company is now entering the Bulgarian market. To support this
expansion, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Area Sales
Manager to establish and grow operations locally.
This role offers a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a new
market, build a client base from scratch, and help define the
commercial strategy in Bulgaria – all while working with a stable
and respected regional leader in the construction materials
industry.
What You'll Do:
Identify, approach, and secure new B2B customers in the ceramic
tile and construction materials market.
Build and execute a regional sales plan, aligning with company
goals and market dynamics.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
to uncover growth opportunities.
Cooperate closely with colleagues in logistics, procurement, and HQ
to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing
actionable insights and recommendations.
Lay the foundation for a future local team, with potential
leadership responsibilities as operations expand.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the ceramic tile
industry.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, ideally
in the building materials or interiors sector.
Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation
skills.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Higher education degree (business, sales, construction or related
fields).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly across
Bulgaria.
