Growthforge is looking for an organised outreach specialist who can turn good research into relevant conversations and qualified business opportunities. You will use AI agents to support your work and take responsibility for its quality and follow-through.
We provide existing code and workflows and a Codex subscription. You should know how to brief a coding agent, give it useful context, review its work and correct mistakes. Writing code from scratch is not required.
Research and qualify distributors, resellers and potential business partners.
Prepare personalised outreach, manage replies and follow-ups, and coordinate introductory calls.
Keep clear prospect records and hand qualified opportunities to the team.
Research relevant websites and partners for SEO link building, conduct outreach and verify placements.
Direct agents through clear briefs, approved sources and practical quality checks.
Practical B2B outreach, sales development or partnerships experience, with examples of your contribution.
Clear written and spoken English and confidence in business conversations.
Experience using coding agents to complete real tasks beyond drafting text.
Strong research, spreadsheet and CRM skills, good judgement and reliable follow-through.
Experience with distributor outreach, SEO link building or digital PR is useful. German is a plus. You do not need experience in every area to apply.
A remote opportunity for candidates based in Eastern Europe, with full-time scope, a competitive salary based on experience, provided AI tools and ownership of meaningful work. We agree working-hour overlap with Central Europe.
