*Act as a trusted point of contact for B2B clients through phone
and written communication;
*Support business customers using a global online payments
platform, including digital
transfers and payment solutions;
*Handle account, transaction, and service-related inquiries with
accuracy and confidence;
*Present platform features and services clearly, highlighting value
and benefits;
*Recognize client needs and proactively suggest relevant solutions
