We are looking for a Back Office Specialist.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitoring transaction flow and identifying potential risk
transactions.
- Handling e-mail correspondence with other departments from the
company and with external providers.
- Monitoring our exposure to the different financial instruments
that we offer.
- Making various reports on current market conditions.
- Paying attention to small details, prioritizing tasks, being
alert, and, before all, being ready to react to any needs that may
arise.
Our requirements:
- English language skills are essential due to client communication
and management- high proficiency/fluent.
- Previous experience of 1-year minimum in the field working as an
FX Back Office Representative.
- A high level of accuracy is essential.
- Good use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- To be a self-motivated and outgoing person.
- Team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines with
changing priorities.
