For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Backoffice Content Reviewer with Spanish (Hybrid).
*Review and approve advertising campaigns before they go live, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards;
*Help maintain a safe and trusted online environment by evaluating digital content with accuracy and attention to detail;
*Identify, classify, and escalate inappropriate or policy-violating text, images, videos, and audio content;
*Provide timely and professional support by managing customer inquiries through email and ticketing systems;
*Collaborate with a dynamic international team while confidently handling tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English;
*A genuine interest in social media, digital trends, and popular culture;
*Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly;
*Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
*Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or live chat tools is considered an advantage.
*Working time: 8-hours shift, 13:00h - 22:00h, Monday till Friday, hybrid model;
