For one of our clients – a global leader in delivering outstanding customer experiences, making lives better with every interaction for the world’s top brands, we are looking for – Backoffice Moderator with German and English.
*Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, images, videos, and text, to ensure compliance with platform rules;
*Investigate flagged content from automated systems or user reports and take action to maintain a safe online environment;
*Apply company policies and safety measures to protect users and build trust on the platform;
*Identify trends to improve moderation processes and boost efficiency;
*Make quick, informed decisions using critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
*Collaborate with the team to enforce consistent content moderation strategies.
*Very good written and verbal communication in German and English;
*Comfortable using computers, digital tools, and content management systems;
*Able to review large volumes of content accurately under tight deadlines;
*Adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
*Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
*Able to work on-site in a collaborative office setting.
