process optimization for global clients, we are looking for –
Backoffice Operations
Coordinator with French or German and English (day and later
shifts).
*Assist in the daily management of back-office operations to ensure
smooth business functions;
*Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, ensuring effective
communication within the team;
*Process orders and maintain accurate records in the company
database;
*Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
to resolve issues;
*Support in preparing and organizing reports and essential
documentation;
*Work collaboratively with team members to optimize operational
processes and workflows.
