For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Backoffice Support Advisor with French or Polish or Serbian or Spanish.
*Review and moderate user-generated content on online platforms;
*Ensure all content meets community and safety guidelines;
*Identify and report policy violations or suspicious activity;
*Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing large volumes of data;
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
*Fluency in French, Polish, Serbian or Spanish (B2) and English (B2);
*Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused;
*Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools;
*Good judgment and ability to make quick, fair decisions;
*Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
