Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency and care
Welcoming guests at the bar and creating a friendly, professional atmosphere
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar
Collaborating with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Upholding high standards of hospitality and presentation
Previous bartending experience (fine dining or cocktail bar experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and Mediterranean wine culture
Excellent communication and guest‑engagement abilities
Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service
Creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
