For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced
sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for – Basic
Technical Support with Czech and English (Part-time).

Отговорности

*Provide technical assistance through voice and email support channels;
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to a variety of electronic devices;
*Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, timely, and effective solutions;
*Collaborate with the support team to address escalated technical issues;
*Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in all interactions.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Very good language skills in Czech and English;
*Affinity for knowledge of electronic devices;
*Excellent communication skills for both voice and email support;
*Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide user-friendly solutions;
*A customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
