Role Overview
Ensure stable system operations through monitoring,
troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with teams,
maintain documentation, and provide regular reports to support
continuous service availability.
Role Insights:
Maintain the supported systems in operation, within the required
parameters (availability, performance).
Monitor application servers and workload, make adjustments if
necessary.
Communicate with teams regarding questions, issues, trouble
tickets, resolution of problems, new fixes, releases, etc..
Notify next levels of support regarding problems raised.
Maintain system documentation, logs and create documentation of own
work.
Work with ticketing system to resolve reported problems or submit
such to responsible units in case of failures or tasks.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the status of the maintained
systems.
What Makes You Unique:
At least 1 year of experience in monitoring, reporting, or
supporting business-critical applications.
University degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a relevant
technical field.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Linux services and
SQL scripting.
Strong analytical thinking, self-driven approach, and
results-oriented mindset.
Good command of English – both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (e.g.
ServiceNow,).
Any knowledge and/or experience with ETL tools, especially
Informatica.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux/Windows services, Shell scripting, and
Oracle databases.
