What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual HR Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, helping maintain a smooth and efficient HR support process—working entirely during the night.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Receiving and logging HR inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
Resolving HR-related queries using internal ticketing systems.
Providing accurate information on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintaining high service quality and following standard HR processes.
Handling sensitive employee data with integrity and discretion.
Managing your own performance metrics and ensuring timely resolutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
Fluency in German (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Comfort working independently during night hours in a remote environment.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
