We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Bilingual HR Support
Representative proficient in German and English. A Bilingual HR
Support Representative plays a vital role in the company. Their
responsibilities include handling HR-related inquiries and
assisting with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
Receive and log HR inquiries promptly via phone and email.
Resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems.
Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and more.
Maintain high-quality service levels and adhere to processes.
Handle sensitive information with integrity and
confidentiality.
Take ownership of query resolution and individual metrics.
Qualifications:
Excellent proficiency in German (B2 or higher).
Good command of English (B2 or higher).
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage confidential data with strict adherence to
privacy standards.
Agility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
