Division of the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be part of this

Klaus Fuchs is looking for a new member for his Prepaid Billing
team.
Role insights:
Administer, monitor and maintain the Prepaid Billing Charging
system in operation within the required parameters (availability,
performance).
Prepare and execute tasks related to billing/rating/batch
processing.
Handle incidents (analyze logs, errors handling, finding
resolutions or workarounds within the specified SLAs/OLAs).
Work closely with QA and Dev teams to coordinate on complex issues,
product improvements, and feature rolloutsIdentify and resolve
issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to
operations.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
SOX controls execution.
Develop tools/scripts to automate routine operational tasks.
Maintain system documentation.
Ability to take up on-call shifts.
Collaborate with respective departments and business units in the
organization, such as Billing Infra and Product Catalog Team and
other relevant stakeholders.
What Makes You Unique:
University Degree in Informatics, Computer Science or any
equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of professional experience in the Telecom
Billing/Charging area.
Unix/Linux experience is a must.
SQL Knowledge (Oracle) is a must.
Knowledge of in-core DBs (MySQL) is a plus.
Experience with real-time systems, including cluster management
(Veritas) is an asset.
Scripting Knowledge e.g. Python, Shell, bash, Kshell etc. is a
plus.
Cloud Know How (Azure, AKS, Hadoop) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented and ready to take over responsibility.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
