Billing Coordinator.
*Process invoices with minimal supervision in the Invoice-to-Pay
(ItP) area;
*Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and goods
receipts;
*Assist in invoice approval and resolve discrepancies;
*Handle queries and support GRIR reconciliation;
*Maintain accurate documentation and data in company systems;
*Ensure compliance with controls and procedures;
*Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to resolve issues;
*Deliver high-quality service to uphold KFSSC’s reputation.
