About us

For a company with long-standing experience and significant achievements in transport and infrastructure construction, we are looking to recruit a qualified Branch Manager for an international project.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
⭕Organizes and oversees the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the effective functioning of all administrative and operational processes;
⭕Maintains continuous coordination with the headquarters in Bulgaria and with local teams in Romania;
⭕Represents the company before local institutions, partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders;
⭕Ensures proper administrative management of the office and compliance with internal procedures;
⭕Provides support in the execution and monitoring of ongoing projects.

Requirements and necessary skills

Candidate Requirements
✔️3–5 years of professional experience in a managerial or coordinator role within a construction or engineering company;
✔️English language proficiency is mandatory; good command of Romanian will be considered an advantage;
✔️Knowledge of the administrative and regulatory environment in Romania;
✔️Strong skills in managing teams, processes, and communication with various stakeholders.
