Support customers via email, voice and chat
Handle pre- and post-purchase questions about sports products
Find the right solutions and deliver a smooth customer experience
Keep customer records accurate and up to date
Follow established procedures and quality standards
Very good command of German, Dutch, Spanish or French, plus English
Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude
Confidence working across voice, email and chat
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools
Previous customer support experience is an advantage, especially in e-commerce or retail
Monthly performance bonus after the 3rd month
