For one of our clients new project in the premium sportswear sector, we are looking for Brand Customer Advisor with Dutch or German or French or Italian or Spanish. The project is focused on delivering excellent customer support for a globally recognized active lifestyle brand.
*Provide friendly and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
*Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from product inquiries to after-sales support;
*Handle customer cases with empathy and a solution-oriented approach;
*Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems regularly;
*Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.
*Fluent in Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, with a good level of English;
*Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is a plus;
*Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude;
*Comfortable working across multiple communication channels;
*Tech Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable to new tools and systems.
