For one of our clients new project in the premium sportswear sector, we are looking for Brand Experience Specialist with Dutch or German or French or Italian or Spanish. The project is focused on delivering excellent customer support for a globally recognized active lifestyle brand.
*Deliver exceptional support to customers via email, live chat, and phone, becoming their trusted point of contact;
*Guide customers through every stage of their shopping journey, from pre-purchase questions to post-order assistance;
*Resolve customer concerns efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a positive and personalized experience;
*Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date information within internal systems;
*Represent the brand professionally while following company standards and best practices to provide a world-class customer experience.
*Fluent in Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish (B2 level) with good command of English (B1B2);
*Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage, especially within e-commerce, retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
*Comfortable assisting customers across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and phone;
*Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to new tools and support platforms.
