Brand Manager


The main responsibilities would include:

Developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans to drive growth and brand awareness;
Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints;
Enabling employees to build and improve their digital brands on LinkedIn to serve as brand ambassadors;
Conducting regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities and adapting strategies accordingly;
Creating and executing campaigns showcasing company culture, values, and employee experiences on LinkedIn and other channels positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Candidate should have:

2 to 5 years of proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related field;
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for brand development and employer branding;
Fluency in English;
Good knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and tools;
Inquisitive mind and can-do attitude;
Desire to dive in unfamiliar waters without any worries.
