We are looking for a dynamic and strategically minded Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful 360° marketing campaigns for our Entertainment TV projects. This role requires a hands-on, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and is passionate about building strong brands across multiple touchpoints.

Отговорности

  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated 360° marketing communication campaigns across all channels – TV, OOH, digital, social media, radio, partnerships, and on-ground events
  • Lead ATL campaign development including TVCs, key visuals, taglines, and media planning alignment
  • Prepare detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with in-house creative teams, external agencies, production houses, and producers to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle – from strategic planning and concept development to production, launch, and post-campaign analysis
  • Manage the creation of promotional materials, advertising formats, branded content, trailers, and on-air assets
  • Coordinate and execute events, premieres, launch activations, and special promotional initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with PR, social media, digital, programming, research, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum campaign impact
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and consumer touchpoints
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, audience behavior, and emerging media opportunities
  • Track brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and KPIs; analyze results and extract insights to optimize future activities
  • Optimize media investments, formats, and tactics to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI
  • Manage, plan, and control assigned budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong financial oversight
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Изисквания и необходими умения

  • Highly motivated, proactive marketing professional with a strong brand management background
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL & digital)
  • Strong understanding of the media and entertainment landscape, including current and emerging trends
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and production companies
  • Strong knowledge of brand-building tools, media planning principles, and promotional tactics
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing campaigns
  • Budget management and cost-control experience
  • Flexible team player who navigates smoothly within a large organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Solution-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure
