Job Summary
The Business Analyst will use a general understanding of industry standards to participate in analyzing business problems to be solved with automated systems, with some supervision and direction. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, document requirements and create initiatives that support the business requirements and needs.
Clarify and improve the business processes impacted by the technology changes that are part of assigned projects.
Help analyze variances from the project plan, compile alternatives and execute the preferred recommendations.
Provide moderately complex business model design services for development.
Track and process requirements and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization.
Help integrate a subset of moderately complex process areas, including data, education and security across a small subset of the organization.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Business or IT)
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English language is required),
Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people
Manufacturing industry experience
Ability to lead cross-team collaborative discussions and influence others
Ability to elicit and define requirements at a detailed level
Ability to travel up to 25%
