Role insights:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align on requirements and processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and workflows.
- Collaborate with QA and Development teams to validate requirements, support testing, and deliver system changes.
- Monitor business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation or improvements.
- Support incident analysis (Maintenance) by assessing business impact and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc business and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and other governance standards.
- Maintain accurate system and process documentation.
- Support change management through communication, training, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation of all tasks within Confluence.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional within the CDC teams.
What Makes You Unique:
- University Degree in Informatics, Computer science or any equivalent qualification.
- Solid technical Experience with Maxbill Billing System.
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving.
- Requirements gathering & documentation.
- Stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of IT systems & billing processes – exposure to telecom billing/charging systems, rating, or batch processing is a plus.
- Methodologies – experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.
- Compliance & governance – understanding of SOX controls and regulatory requirements.
- Soft skills – attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and strong presentation skills.
- Tech skills: SQL Knowledge (Oracle), Linux, APEX and SOAP/REST APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented and ready to take over responsibility.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
