General duties
- Act as a trusted point of contact for the daily operation and development of DSK Direct.
- Collect and clarify client feedback, support cases, and improvement ideas.
- Coordinate with IT, operations, customer support, and vendors to investigate issues, test solutions, and support timely resolution.
- Support release preparation, user acceptance testing, post-release checks, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of the client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date process knowledge, support documentation, known issues, and operational guidelines for colleagues using or supporting the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in business banking, digital channels, payments, application support, or a similar business area.
- Good understanding of corporate client needs, banking processes, and the importance of reliable daily service.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex topics in a clear and practical way.
- Comfortable working with business, IT, operations, customer support, and external partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to help colleagues and clients when support is needed.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and sound knowledge of English.
